Returns and Refunds

At The Untamed Garden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we take pride in offering excellent customer service. While we strive for perfection, occasionally, things may go wrong. If they do, we promise to make it right.

Dispatch & Delivery:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days, although during busy periods (January–March), processing times may take slightly longer. If your delivery hasn’t arrived within a week, please double-check the delivery address you provided and then contact us if needed.Â

Please ensure that the address supplied at checkout is correct as we can not replace seeds sent to the incorrect address. ​

Incorrect or Faulty Items:
If you believe you have received the wrong seeds or have concerns about germination, please contact us by email at hello@untamedgarden.co.uk​

Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind about your order, let us know within 14 days of receiving your seeds. We will advise you on how to return them, and once the seeds are back with us, we will process a refund within 14 days.

Limited Stock:
Due to the limited nature of our stock, we may not always be able to offer an exchange for certain items. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the unavailable product.

Postage Refunds:
Postage costs will only be refunded if your seeds arrive damaged or you were sent the wrong items.
